Chapelco is located near the town of San Martin De Los Andes, Argentina. Perched above Lacar Lake in Lanin National Park places Chapelco in the gorgeous Lake District of Argentina. Chapelco's high speed quad, gondola and access into the steep backcountry bowls make for unforgettable days in the Southern Andes.
This resort does not get as much press or attention as some of the other areas such as Cerro Catedral or Las Lenas in Argentina and we are fine with that! Chapelco is a hidden gem that offers amazing tree skiing and some of the best freeriding in Argentina with very few crowds.
